  After weeks of painstaking investigations and analysing all seized devices from Seth Mwabe, detectives from the DCI’s Banking Fraud Unit have revealed in their court documents a specialized hacking software that the suspect has been using to break into financial systems of different online platforms. According to the court documents provided by the detectives, the suspect has been using a hacking software called Heracal acquired from a darkweb store of domain ccvccvccv.cc to commit serious financial crimes that has led to the loss of millions of money.  A 26-year-old university dropout is at the heart of a in which he is accused of hacking into the systems of a leading betting firm and making away with Sh11.4 million. According to a federal indictment unsealed in the District of South Carolina, Mwangi and his company,  Linear Diagnostics (LD) , systematically diverted HIV test kits and other medical commodities from the  Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA),  a state corporation responsible for distributing essential health supplies.
